RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

 

RETURNS

At DROLL, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To make a return, you need to fill out the return form and then send back the carefully packed package along with the return form no later than within 14 days.

Returned items should show no signs of use and should have the original tags attached.

The cost of sending the item back to the warehouse is borne by the Buyer.

As soon as our warehouse registers your return, we will process the refund immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the return, according to the payment method used.

 

COMPLAINTS

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or does not match the order, you can file a complaint by filling out the complaint form and sending the product back to us.

Your complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. We will inform you of the decision regarding the complaint via email to the address provided in the form.
